Dr. Villar is a graduate of A.T. Still University and a member of the Kois Center, one of the top dental research and training institutions in the world. He has won awards for his technical abilities and implant dentistry. His training consisted of providing a wide variety of dental care to patients across the nation from Washington to California, Arizona to Wisconsin, and Maryland.

Is this dental insurance?
No. It’s a membership plan we offer directly. No insurance company, no claims, no third party between you and your dentist.
What do I pay today?
Nothing. You enroll at your first visit, after you’ve met us.
What if I need work beyond what’s included?
We’ll show you what we found, what it costs, and what happens if you wait — in writing, before anything is scheduled. Members get 15% off. You decide what and when, and no one will pressure you to decide the same day.
Can I add my spouse and kids?
Yes. Children 15 and under have their own Growing Smile Membership at $395 a year. Each adult enrolls individually.
What if I already have dental insurance?
The membership is built for patients without coverage. We’re happy to compare your insurance to the membership and see if the membership is a better option.
What if I have gum disease?
If you need periodontal maintenance instead of routine cleanings, Perio Wellness ($840 a year, three visits) is the right fit. Active gum treatment and deep cleaning are diagnosed and quoted separately.
Do you have weekend hours?
Yes — Saturday appointments twice a month. Call for dates.
How soon can I be seen?
Usually the same week.
